This educational component of the Chinese Heritage of Australian Federation website (a joint project of La Trobe University, Chinese Museum and East China Normal University) has been developed with the Asia Education Foundation. Funded by The Myer Foundation and the Victorian Access Asia Schools Program.

The History Teachers Association of Victoria and the Social Educators Association of Australia were responsible for writing the lesson plans and webquest and promoting these materials. Lesson materials were edited by Wendy McNabb, Sophie Couchman (CHAF) and Maureen Welch (AEF).
